Draws for all remaining prizes will be in order of approximate retail value beginning with the prizes of highest approximate retail value including taxes and charges if applicable. All draws will be open to the public and be drawn at the YMCA of Cape Breton, 399 Charlotte Street, Sydney, NS. Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with cash draws and 50/50 draw being conducted by an independent auditor from Grant Thornton, Sydney, NS, under licensing approval by the licensing body (Nova Scotia Alcohol and Gaming Authority). Each draw will select one (1) winner when after winning token is selected from the draw drum at random. After the token number is read aloud, confirmed and recorded, it is then deemed to be the valid winner. In the event that a token is drawn, and it is identified, after the reading of the token number, that the corresponding ticket is unsold, another token will be drawn without the token drum being spun. A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by Grant Thornton and YLotto staff. After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number then goes back in the drum for the next draw. All prize money will be issued no less than five business days following each draw. All prize money will be mailed to the address provided on the ticket. The 2019 Ford Mustang vehicle supplied by Plaza Ford Sales Ltd. has no cash value and will include standard transmission. All taxes and freight will be covered by the YMCA of Cape Breton. The winner of the vehicle is responsible to arrange licensing, insurance, maintenance, fuel and any other costs associated not expressly noted in these rules on the vehicle before taking possession.
Prizes have no cash value. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. The approximate retail value of the prizes is determined at the date when the contracts negotiated with the suppliers.
